  • Each AI differential request uses one credit, including a reassessment after new findings.
  • Website payments go through PayPal or a clinic invoice. They are one-time payments for the period you choose and do not renew automatically. Access and credits are activated manually within 24 hours after payment verification.
  • Prices are in US dollars. VetGnosis is not registered for South African VAT; no South African VAT is charged.

How paying on the website works

Payments go through PayPal or a clinic invoice, and a person activates your access. Here is exactly what happens.

Coming to Google Play. The Play Store version will let you subscribe and buy credit packs inside the app, billed and managed by Google Play. Website and Google Play payments are separate; manage each where you paid.

Paying as a clinic? Request an invoice in the clinic's name. An invoice pays for an individual account; it does not create shared access or extra seats.

  1. Log in and choose. Pick a plan or pack in your account and review it.
  2. Pay with PayPal. Enter your VetGnosis account email in the PayPal customer notes, so we can match the payment.
  3. We verify and activate. Access and credits are activated manually within 24 hours after payment verification. Payment does not instantly activate access or credits. If you do not have the app yet, ask for it in the same email.
  4. No automatic renewal. Each website payment covers the period you chose. Renewal is arranged with support.
