Billing, Refund, and Subscription Policy

1. Subscription model

VetGnosis offers a free plan, paid subscription tiers, and optional AI credit packs. Public website pricing is presented clearly so buyers can compare plans before choosing access.

2. Payment providers

Purchases may be processed through third-party payment or subscription providers. Purchase terms, taxes, receipts, and payment processing details may also be subject to the applicable provider's requirements.

3. Renewals and cancellations

Paid subscriptions renew according to the plan selected at checkout unless canceled under the terms of the applicable billing provider flow. Customers should cancel before the next renewal date to avoid additional charges.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law and the governing billing provider's rules. Promotional credits, consumed credits, or materially used subscription periods may limit refund eligibility.

5. Credit packs

Credit packs are optional add-ons to extend AI differential usage capacity. Unless required by law, unused credits may be non-refundable once delivered.
